Bloomsbury Publishing Plc announces that Ms Minna Fry, a PDMR, exercised options
to subscribe for 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 173.75p per share on
Friday 1 June 2007, and has today sold 57,056 ordinary shares at 182p per share.
