The Company announces that Kathy Rooney, a director, has today exercised the
following options to subscribe for ordinary shares:


   Options to subscribe for ordinary shares                  Exercise price

                   400,000                                       66.25p
                    26,000                                       20.75p



She has also today sold 408,000 ordinary shares at 258p per share.



Following the exercise and sale Ms Rooney now holds 586,000 options and 192,944
ordinary shares.
