Further to the appointment of Charles Black to the Board, the Company has today
been notified that Charles Black is interested in 124,500 ordinary shares in the
Company (of which his wife is the beneficiary of 24,000 ordinary shares)
representing 0.00176 % of the issued share capital.


In addition, Charles Black is interested in £125,000 of loan notes issued by the
Company of which £50,000 will be redeemed at the end of June 2004. Of the
£125,000 of loan notes, £25,000 is held by his wife.
