that, as a result of a purchase in the market of 3,500 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 14 July
2000,  Legal  & General are now interested in 841,413  Ordinary
Shares,  which  represents 5.00 per cent. of the  issued  share
capital of the Company.
