Bloomsbury Publishing plc ('Bloomsbury') received notification today that the
interest of Prudential plc and all of its subsidiary companies in Bloomsbury
is no longer notifiable under sections 198 to 208 of the Companies Act 1985
('the Act').

Bloomsbury also received notification today that the interest of Edinburgh
Fund Managers Group plc in Bloomsbury is no longer notifiable under sections
198 to 208 of the Act.
