Bloomsbury Publishing plc ('Bloomsbury') received notification today that the
interest of Scottish Widows Investment Management, known as Scottish Widows
Investment Partnership Ltd in Bloomsbury is no longer notifiable under
sections 198 to 208 of the Companies Act 1985 ('the Act').

Bloomsbury also received notification today that the interest of Universities
Superannuation Scheme Limited in Bloomsbury is no longer notifiable under
sections 198 to 208 of the Act.
