Listing of Shares following Share Sub-Division

Application has been made to the UKLA for 76,882,256 ordinary shares of 1.25p
each to be admitted to the Official List following the 1 for 4 share
sub-division. 68,441,324 ordinary shares of 1.25p each will be issued and fully
paid, and under the blocklisting 1,729,756 ordinary shares of 1.25p under the
1994 Approved Executive Share Option Scheme and 6,711,176 ordinary shares of
1.25p under the 1994 Unapproved Executive Share Option. It is anticipated that
dealings will commence on 30 June 2003.
