Bloomsbury Publishing Plc is pleased to announce that six of its books are now
listed in the Daily Telegraph top ten best sellers list - a new record for the
company. The books are Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain in the
non-fiction paperback list; The Fourth Hand by John Irving in the hardback
fiction list; JK Rowling's Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter
and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry
Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in the paperback list.


Chief Executive Nigel Newton said,


'This is a great achievement for the company. It signifies not only the
continuing success of the Harry Potter books with the Goblet of Fire going
straight to the number one position in paperback but also the strength of our
other books. I am delighted to note that in the US, Kitchen Confidential -
published under licence by Harper Collins - was also in the paperback
bestseller list as well.'
