Results of the 2024 Annual General Meeting

The Company held its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 16 July 2024. All resolutions tabled at the Meeting were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 8 and 10 to 12 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 13 to 15 were passed as special resolutions.
