BLUE PLANET FINANCIALS GROWTH & INCOME INVESTMENT TRUSTS NOS. 1-10

APPLICATION TO LIST NEW SHARES

Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos. 1-10 (the 'Company') announces that following the
application made on Thursday 9 August 2006, 3,760 new shares for each trust are to be admitted to the Official List and
to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos. 1-10 Ordinary 10p Shares will have a total of 1,362,260
ordinary shares in issue in each trust.

On admission, the new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the ten Companies existing ordinary shares.

It is expected admission will become effective on 14 August 2006.
