Change of Investment Manager

Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trust (No's 1-10) (the "Company")

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that with effect from 18
June 2008 Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd, a company registered in Malta,
("BPIM Malta") will replace Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd, the UK
incorporated company, ("BPIM UK") as the Company's investment manager on the
same terms as the current management agreement.  The Company's current
investment manager, BPIM UK, is changing its name to Blue Planet Investment
Advisers Ltd and will provide BPIM Malta with investment advice.  BPIM UK will
continue to provide fund administration and secretarial services to the Company
and such fees will remain unchanged.
