Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos. 1-10 ("the Companies")

Further to the announcement made on 4 March 2005, Mr Philip Court has resigned
from the Board and Mr Kenneth Murray has been appointed as a non-executive
Director of the Companies, with effect from 31 March 2005.

Mr Murray holds 311,965 units (311,965 Ordinary shares in each of the 10
companies) representing a 23.1% interest in the capital of the Companies.  There
are no further details requiring disclosure under paragraph 16.4 of the FSA
Listing Rules.
