announcement released today at 16:40 under RNS No 6116Q.
The second figure referred to in the third line should read 945p and not 94.5p
as previously shown.
All other details remain unchanged.

Cairngorm (the Company)
Cairngorm Nos 1-10 Building Society Investment Trusts plc announce that on 7th
September 2000 each of the Trusts bought back 15,000 shares for cancellation
at a price of 94.5p per share which is the equivalent price of 945p per share
unit. Following the buy back there will be 1,428,620 shares in issue per
Trust. The share buy back is being achieved by the application of capital
reserves in accordance with the announced policy of the Boards.
