Notification of Purchase of Own Shares
Blue Planet Financials Growth and Income Investment Trusts Nos. 1 -10
plc announce that on 8 August 2003 each of the Trusts bought back 5,000
shares for cancellation at a price of 103.3p per share which is the
equivalent price of 1,033p per unit. Following the buy back there are
1,358,380 shares in issue per Trust. The share buy back is being
achieved by the application of capital reserves in accordance with the
announced policy of the Boards.
