Purchase of Treasury Shares

The company purchased 1,000 share units of its ordinary shares on 24.12.2007 for £1.94 per share unit, which will be
held as treasury shares.  The total number of treasury shares held is 1,000 share units.

The total ordinary shares in issue after deducting treasury shares are 13,644,200

A unit comprises ten shares, one share in each of the Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10.
