Suspension

The Company has not been in a position to release its Annual Report by 31 March 2011 as required by AIM Rules for Companies and accordingly the Company has requested the suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange with effect from today, pending publication of the 2010 Annual Report.
