In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Blue
Star Capital plc hereby provides notification of the following information:

Blue Star Capital's plc's capital consists of 105,500,000 ordinary shares with
voting rights. Blue Star plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Blue Star plc is 105,500,000.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Blue Star under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
