Further to the last announcement on 19 July 2021 the Company can announce that the prospectus process is progressing for the issuance of the balance of outstanding shares to Southern Gold at 3.6p per share.  

South East Asia has not eased travel and other restrictions relating to the pandemic as fast as in the UK.  Whilst planning and preparation has taken place for the adit refurbishment at Kochang, the work has yet to begin.  The Company will update the market in due course when progress on the ground is able to resume.
