Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC: BMV), the Asian focused resource development group, is pleased to announce that all proposed resolutions put forward to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 December 2017 were duly passed, with the exception of Resolution 2. As such the Company is seeking to appoint new auditors.
