In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, announces that Mr John Scott, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed to the Board of JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited, a company that will be listed on the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 24 September 2019.
