Correction of the announcement released at 16.35 yesterday. The only amendment is to section 4b below to state that it is a sale of Ordinary Shares rather than a purchase.

Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, has received notification that Mr Paul Le Page, a Director of the Company, has sold 35,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Following the transaction, Mr Le Page's beneficial interest in the Company is 35,000 shares, representing 0.01% of the issued capital of the Company.
