Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Connected Persons ("PCA")
Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, received notification that Mr John Scott, a Director of the Company, has acquired a total of 84,930 Ordinary Shares in the Company into his pension scheme. Following the transaction, Mr Scott's beneficial interest in the Company is 452,436 shares, representing 0.12% of the issued capital of the Company.
