Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Connected Persons ("PCA")

Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, received notification that 17,724 Ordinary Shares in the Company have been acquired by the Self-Investment Personal Pension of Mr Mike Rand, a PDMR of the Company.  Following the transaction, Mr Rand's beneficial interest in the Company is 218,927 shares, representing 0.06% of the issued capital of the Company.
