Postponement of Shareholder Call
BlueRock Diamonds PLC, the AIM listed diamond producer, which owns and operates the Kareevlei Diamond Mine ('Kareevlei' or the 'Project') in the Kimberley region of South Africa, announces that due to unforeseen circumstances, the shareholder call planned for 14 July 2020 post the Company's annual general meeting ('AGM'), will now take place at 2pm on 20 July 2020.

The AGM will be going ahead as planned at 10am on 14 July 2020 at the offices of SP Angel, 35-39 Maddox Street, London, W1S 2PP. As stated in the AGM Notice, due to COVID-19, shareholders, their proxies and corporate representatives will not be admitted to the meeting.
Shareholders are invited to submit questions via email in advance of the call; please submit questions to shareholderenquiries@stbridespartners.co.uk by 4.30pm on Friday 17 July 2020. The management team will strive to answer as many questions as possible during the call, however, it should be noted that no material new information regarding the Company will be provided during the call.

BlueRock Diamonds is an AIM-listed diamond producer which operates the Kareevlei Diamond Mine near Kimberley in South Africa which produces diamonds of exceptional quality and ranks in the top ten in the world in terms of average value per carat. The Kareevlei licence area covers 3,000 hectares and hosts five known diamondiferous kimberlite pipes. As at November 2018, it was estimated that the remaining Inferred Mineral Resource from the four kimberlite pipes (KV1, KV2, KV3 and KV5) represents a potential inground number of carats of 367,000.
