Result of General Meeting

The Directors of BlueRock Diamonds plc are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held this morning, all of the Resolutions were duly passed.

Accordingly, withdrawal from trading on ISDX will take place at 4.30pm today. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Enlarged Share Capital to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence tomorrow, 4 September 2013, at 8.00a.m..

Unless otherwise defined herein, terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the admission document dated 19 August 2013 which is available from the Company's website www.bluerockdiamonds.co.uk. The Directors of BlueRock are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
