Bodycote International plc today announces the resignation of Timothy Bell, a
Director of the Group with responsibility for its Central and Eastern European
Operations.


Following the tendering of his resignation, Mr Bell is serving a period of
garden leave and is not involved in performing any duties on behalf of the
Group.
