Director's share dealings

Mr J A S Wallace notified the company on 21 January 2003 that on 16 January 2003
he had acquired from a family trust, in which he has a beneficial interest,
19,830 shares at a price of 79p each. As a consequence Mr Wallace's beneficial
interests as director are unchanged at 45,830 shares.
