BODYCOTE INTERNATIOAL plc ('Bodycote')
HART-SCOTT-RODINO CLEARANCE
Bodycote is pleased to announce that it has now received
clearance under the provisions of the Hart-Scott-Rodino
Improvements Act 1976 for the proposed acquisition of
Lindberg Corporation ('Lindberg').
The tender offer for the outstanding shares of Lindberg
is currently anticipated to expire on 17 February 2000.
