NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DELIST

Reference is made to the Boeing Company (the "Company")'s CREST Depository Interests listed on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and admitted to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") under International Securities Identification Number US0970231058 (the "CDIs").

The Company today announces that it has requested (i) the FCA to cancel the listing of the Company's CDIs on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA, and (ii) the LSE to cancel the admission to trading of the CDIs on the Main Market for listed securities of the LSE (collectively, the "Delisting").

It is intended that the Delisting will become effective from 8:00 a.m. (BST) on 14 June 2023 (the "Delisting Date"), such that the last date of trading of the CDIs on the LSE will be 13 June 2023.
