Purchase of Shares by a Director

The Company announces that Richard Hargreaves, a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday notified the Company that he and his family members have purchased a total of 220,276 common shares of $0.0001 in the Company ("Common Shares") at an average price of 93.01 pence per share. Further details of these purchases are disclosed in the tables below.

Following this notification, Mr Hargreaves has a beneficial holding of 1,011,024 Common Shares (which represents 0.47% of the issued share capital of the Company).
