The AGM will be held at 14:00 on 22 June 2022 at the offices of Shore Capital & Corporate Limited, Cassini House, 57 St James's Street, London SW1A 1LD.

Questions relating to the business of the AGM can be raised by shareholders in advance of the AGM and addressed to the Company Secretary.  In so far as is relevant to the business of the AGM, questions will be taken into account as appropriate at the AGM itself.
