Grant of DSAP Awards

 

boohoo group plc (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, announces that it has granted a total of 17,112,212 awards on 28 June 2023 pursuant to the Company's Discretionary Share Award Plan ("DSAP").

Nil cost awards over a total of 17,112,212 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Awards") were granted to 46 employees pursuant to the DSAP, equating to 1.35% of the current issued share capital. No executive directors participated in the Awards.

The Awards have a vesting period of three years ending on 28 June 2026 subject to continued employment on the vesting date.
