Issue of Options
boohoo.com plc (AIM: BOO), one of the UK's largest pure-play online, own brand fashion retailers, announces that options over a total of 11,194,854 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each were granted on 22 May 2015 to 172 employees pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Plan ('ESOP'). Following these grants the Company has a total of 25,802,854 Ordinary Shares under option representing approximately 2.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The options granted have a vesting period of three years, a total exercise period of ten years and an exercise price of 25.75 pence per Ordinary Share. The options granted to Neil Catto are also subject to the achievement of EBITDA and Total Shareholder Return linked performance criteria.
