Posting of the Annual Report and Accounts and AGM Notice
boohoo.com plc is pleased to confirm that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 February 2016, and its Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Card have now been posted to shareholders.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting contains a resolution to seek authorisation to buy back up to 10% of issued share capital. This is conditional on independent shareholders approving a whitewash resolution pursuant to Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
The Company's Annual General Meeting for the year ended 29 February 2016 will be held at TLT LLP, 3 Hardman Square, Manchester M3 3EB, at 2.00 pm on 24 June 2016.
