Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) (a registered Housing Association), including its wholly owned subsidiary Boston Mayflower Finance PLC, is today announcing that Tony Blewitt and Doug Bacon have been appointed to our Executive Leadership Team.

Tony Blewitt will serve as our Interim Director of Finance, and will join LHP immediately, serving in the role for the next six months. Tony's background includes a decade at Flagship Group as Executive Director of Finance & IT, and more recently, Interim Chief Executive & Finance Director at the Teachers' Housing Association. We look forward to the extensive experience in risk and finance he will bring to LHP.

Doug Bacon will serve as our permanent Executive Director of Property and will join LHP in early 2025. Doug joins LHP from Platform Housing Group, where he currently serves as the Director of Asset Transformation; and he worked previously as Director of Asset Management at Thirteen Group. We look forward to the wealth of experience in asset management, damp & mould issues, complex repairs, investment planning, facilities, sustainability, building safety, and compliance he will bring to LHP.
