BowLeven Plc announces that following the dismissal of Philip Rhind as the
Company's Chief Executive Officer, as detailed in the Company's announcement
on 16 February 2006, he has now been removed as a director of BowLeven Plc
and all Group companies in accordance with the terms of his employment contract.
