The Company is pleased to announce that Kevin Hart, who took up his office as
Chief Executive Officer of BowLeven on 17 November 2006, has today purchased
50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 220p per ordinary share.



Mr. Hart now has a total shareholding in the Company of 221,337 shares,
representing 0.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
