                               Directors' Interests

The Company announces that on 31 October 2005 Terry Heneaghan, Executive
Chairman of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 360p per share. Following this transaction, Terry Heneaghan's total
shareholding in the Company is 800,800 shares, representing 2.70% of the issued
share capital of the Company.  This brings the total holding of the Heneaghan
family to 1,050,800 representing 3.55% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

The Company also announces that on 31 October 2005 Philip Rhind, Chief Executive
of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
365p per share. Following this transaction Philip Rhind's total shareholding in
the Company is 40,303 shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of
the Company.

The Company also announces that on 31 October 2005 Steve Lowden, Non-executive
Director of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 360p per share. Following this transaction Steve Lowden's total
shareholding in the Company is 10,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
