                           Board Change

The Company announces that Robert Walvis has resigned as a director
with immediate effect. Mr Walvis will not now take over as chairman
in 2006 as originally indicated.

Terry Heneaghan, who has previously announced his intention to retire
during 2006, will carry on his role as Executive Chairman until a
successor is appointed.

The Company will make a further announcement regarding its succession
plans in due course.
