The Company announces that it received notification on 12 October 2006 that on
10 October 2006 UBS AG ('UBS'), acting through its business group and legal
entities, had an interest in 1,520,688 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company, representing 4.47% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
This represents the entire holding of UBS in the share capital of the Company.

On 22 June 2005 the Company announced that it received notification from UBS
that at close of business on 10 June 2005, UBS ceased to have a notifiable
interest in the share capital of the Company.
