The Company announces that it received notification on 25 October 2006 that on
24 October 2006 UBS AG ('UBS'), acting through its business group and legal
entities, had an interest in 1,214,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company, representing 3.57% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
This represents the entire holding of UBS in the share capital of the Company.



On 12 October 2006 the Company announced that it had received notification from
UBS that at close of business on 10 October 2006, UBS had an interest of
1,520,688 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 4.47% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
