                            Notifiable Interest



The Company announces that it received notification on 8 November 2006 that on 7
November 2006, The Walter Fund ('TWF') had a notifiable interest in 1,769,038
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 5.20% of the issued
share capital of the Company. The shares are registered in the name of Credit
Suisse Securities (Europe) LTD Prime Brokerage.


On 6 November 2006 the Company announced that it had received notification from
TWF that at close of business on 3 November 2006, TWF had an interest in
1,473,213 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 4.33% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
