The Company announces that it received notification on 20 November 2006 that on
16 November 2006 UBS AG ('UBS'), acting through its business group and legal
entities no longer had a notifiable interest in the share capital of the
Company.



On 26 October 2006 the Company announced that it had received notification from
UBS that at close of business on 24 October 2006, UBS had an interest of
1,214,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 3.57% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
