The Company announces that it received notification on 30 November 2006 that on
28 November 2006 Lehman Brothers International (Europe) ('Lehman Brothers') had
a notifiable interest in 2,589,799 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company,
representing 7.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.  This represents
the entire holding of Lehman Brothers in the share capital of the Company.
