The Company announces that it received notice on 6 October 2005 that on 4
October 2005 Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Limited ('CSFBEL') had an
interest of 682,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing
3.23% of the issued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire
holding of CSFBEL in the share capital of the Company. CSFBEL is a member of the
investment banking business of Credit Suisse.
