                                 Results of EGM

The Board of BowLeven announces that at the extraordinary general meeting of the
Company held to, inter alia, increase the authorised issued share capital, grant
authority to allot shares and to disapply statutory pre-emption rights in
respect of the allotment and issue of the Placing Shares and the Private
Placement Shares, which was held today at 11.30a.m., all the resolutions were
passed.

Application has been made to AIM for the admission of the Placing Shares and
Private Placement Shares. Trading in these shares is expected to commence at
8.00am on 19 December 2006.
