managerial responsibility in BP p.l.c., that on 24 October 2007 she exercised an
option to acquire 100,500 Executive Options at £4.22 and on that date disposed
of 100,500 BP Ordinary shares (ISIN number GB0007980591) at a price of £6.15 per
share.
