BP p.l.c. was notified on 29 March 2010 by Mr George David, a director of BP p.l.c., that he acquired on the New York Stock Exchange 18,815 BP ADSs (ISIN number US0556221044), which are equivalent to 112,890 BP Ordinary Shares, at a price of US$56.89 per ADS on 29 March 2010. BP p.l.c. was also notified on 30 March 2010 by Mr David that he acquired 1,185 BP ADSs, which are equivalent to 7,110 BP Ordinary Shares, at a price of US$56.89 per ADS on 30 March 2010.

This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
