the following senior executives (persons discharging managerial responsibility)
in BP p.l.c. acquired the following number of shares at an option price of £3.86
through the exercise of options to purchase shares under the 2004 BP ShareSaveUK
Plan, on 3 September 2007.  They subsequently sold the same number of BP
Ordinary Shares (ISIN number GB0007980591)@ £5.510020 per share on 3 September
2007:



Mr P.B.P Bevan     976 BP Ordinary shares

Ms V. Cox             1,953 BP Ordinary shares
