   Amoco ADSs shown opposite their names on 15 December @ $61.2553 per ADS      
  through Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York under the Company's         
 dividend reinvestment plan:

                              (equivalent to approx 239 Ordinary shares)
   Mr E.B. Davis              27.6436ADSs
                              (equivalent to approx 166 Ordinary shares)
   Dr W.E. Massey             21.1081 ADSs
                              (equivalent to approx 126 Ordinary shares)
   Mr C.F. Knight             23.3856ADSs
                              (equivalent to approx 140 Ordinary shares)

-  that we were informed on 17 December that Sir John Browne, a Director of BP
   Amoco p.l.c. acquired 40.5606 BP Amoco ADRs (equivalent to approximately     
  243 of the Company's Ordinary shares) on 10 December 1999 @ $60.625 per ADS   
 through reinvestment of dividends in the BP America Savings and Investment     
Plan.
